Meltem Doğan graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics. In the same year, she volunteered at Community Service Volunteers [CSV], headquartered in London, in a project that enables people with physical disabilities to continue their lives independently. After returning to Turkey, she worked as a Financial Affairs Manager in Borusan companies for many years while continuing her social services associate degree at Istanbul University. From 2019 until January 31, 2022, she worked as the Financial Affairs and Education program manager of the Borusan Kocabıyık Foundation. Now, as a young retiree, she has focused her energies on Education, Women and a sustainable climate. It provides financial and financial consultancy to NGOs.
